Obligation-Free Site Inspection
One of our experienced design consultants will organise a time to meet with you at your home to discuss your ideas, assess your block size, availability and budget. If you have any renders or floorplans that show what you’d like your granny flat to look like, we encourage you to bring them along so we can see how we can deliver your dream granny flat.

This is where your ideas come to life. We will design a concept that’s tailored to suit your lifestyle, investment and budget needs.If the design we provide doesn’t quite meet your budget, we’ll work with you to create a solution so that you’re completely satisfied.
Proposal and Sign Up Stage
We want your granny flat to be perfect. After the site inspection and once you’ve chosen the design we’ll present you with final plans, fixed price contract and a full breakdown of project. You’ll know your project is in safe hands as we look after the whole process. As part of the sign up stage, we’ll take care of the applications for building approvals and other relevant local government authorities for you.
Ready, Set – Pre-Start
This is where you get the opportunity to pick your colour selections, fittings and fixtures for your new granny flat. Choose from our extensive range of premium fittings and colour selections as part of your standard inclusions.
Build and Construction
Your granny flat’s construction will be managed by our owner and project manager, who will coordinate the entire building process and organise all of the personnel for you. Using double bricks, steel frames and other locally-manufactured products, we can finish building granny flats for our Perth customers in as little as 12 weeks, relieving you of the unnecessary fuss and stress.
Once we’ve finished the building stages, we’ll conduct a handover with you. This is where we hand the keys over to you and complete a final inspection of your new granny flat with you to get your final approval of the finished product.
